The company is looking for a JV partner (Indian or foreign) with technical know-how and expertise in Defense, Drone Systems, Anti-Drone Systems, Radar Systems, or Aerospace Manufacturing.
Proposed JV Structure:
50:50 Joint Venture with both partners holding equal shares.
The existing company will provide:
- Manufacturing facility & infrastructure
- Initial investment of INR 100 Crores
The partner should bring:
- Technical know-how & industry expertise
- Initial investment of INR 100 Crores
- Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing
Note: Further investments may be infused as required.

- Reputed company (preferably from Europe/US)
- Strong financials & profitability
- Partner should already be involved in manufacturing of defence and aerospace products like Drones, Anti Drones, Radars, Aircraft etc
