Buyer Brief: Acquisition of Small Salesforce Consultancy
Overview
We are seeking to acquire a small but proven Salesforce consultancy with a strong delivery track record and an established client base. Our aim is to bring in one or more entrepreneurial leaders capable and highly ambitious team that has already built a successful Salesforce services business — and who now want to take it to the next level with the right capital, structure, and support.
We can offer a partial exit, de-risking and a high growth platform that will allow the right entrepreneurs to maximise their capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
• A Salesforce-focused consultancy or managed service, typically 5–50 people, with proven delivery quality and strong client relationships.
• Founders and key team members who are committed to growing the business over the next 5+ years, not simply seeking a full exit.
• UK and/or offshore base with a minimum £1m turnover.
• Up-front deal value below £5m with potential to earn substantial earn-out or equity incentive over the following 5-10 years.
