A Netherland based entity is looking to acquire ERP and vertical SaaS companies.

The Company is looking to acquire, own and operate dominant players in local, complex and knowledge intensive ERP and vertical SaaS companies (both public and private).

Key:

1. Net revenue: $5m+
2. Recurring revenue (i.e., from AMC, hosting, transaction based fees or subscription revenue) : >$4.0m
3. Software needs to be mission-critical e.g., digitization of core primary business processes (think either Niche like erp for Golfe Course ,Library, or Gas Station etc or mission critical like Core banking, Hospital Information System, Power Plant Management etc)
4. Geographic focus: Primarily India

Additional points for:

1. Revenue growth preferably: >10%
2. EBITDA margin preferably: >10%
3. Age of company: 20+, the older the better
4. Customer churn / attrition <5%
5. IP: primarily own IP
6. Sectors: All
