It is a 75 bed Hospital located in Northern India and is stretched over an area of 1200 sq yard. The hospital is fully constructed with Ground + Four floor structure.

Facilities:

• The Hospital has 75 beds (including 10 NICU beds)
• Medical equipment setup related to the facility will be done by the buyer (oxygen pipeline and medical beds are already in place ).
• Building is ready for plug and play.
• Centrally air conditioned with two stretcher lifts.
• This facility was planned for women and child care including IVF but can cater to any end specialty.
