The startup is having 3 co-working spaces in well established business hubs of Mumbai and Pune. Currently, they have 30,000 sq. ft area under operations and 175+ clients covering over 884 seats. ARPU is Rs 6,000. Here are some of the key points- 1) Asset Light Model- Capex cost of Rs 1500-1600 sq.ft as compared to industry avg. of Rs 1800-2000 sq. 2) Value of Money for clients resulting 25-40% savings as compared to operating their own space. 3) Effective utilization of office space with each desk covering 35-40 sq.ft (Industry average- 70-80 sq. ft). 4) Also providing business services like HR, accounting, courier, CA/CS through 3rd party tie ups. 5) In-house food and beverage and all stationery products available. The co. is looking to raise Rs 10 cr and is planning to reach another 2 lakh sq.ft area in another 2 years out of which 50,000 sq ft. area has already been identified.
