Blue/Grey Collar Work like Vendor Acquisition, Lead Generation, Field Sales Executives,Tele-calling, Retail Workforce, Auditing, Proctoring, Customer Onboarding, etc can be fulfilled using the platform today.Our solution helps companies to save upto 50% costs compared to in-house work fulfilment or traditional outsourcing agencies.

Our solution allows companies to hire workers on-demand for free, interview them virtually through multiple gamification methods, train them virtually, manage them at a single place and pay them for the approved work at a single click without worrying about compliances.

Workers can find part time/full time jobs, appear for interviews virtually, get trained virtually, perform work on-ground and receive their earnings in the in-app wallet - everything using their smartphone.

In terms of validation, we worked with 9 companies before building the product and did $38000 in revenue and distributed $20000 as payout to workers, our gross margins are anywhere between 30% - 50% and since product launch (Oct'20) have ran 2 small pilots with 2 startups generating $800 in revenue and currently have 3 large enterprises in pipeline.We've also closed a deal with an Indian unicorn for providing part-time sales associates at their retail stores pan India for the next 12 months starting Dec'20, this account alone is expected to bring $100K-$200K in revenue.
