I have advised numerous MNCs in developing tax efficient holding structures, repatriation strategies, business consolidation strategies, TESCM Modelling, India Inbound / Outbound structures. Over the last 15 years of my career, I have gained experience in working with various marquee firms such as Deloitte, PWC, BMR and Nangia & Co, wherein I have handled various prestigious assignments involving International Tax, Transfer Pricing, tax structuring and business valuations. My experience of transfer pricing, international tax structuring, valuation and financial modelling has helped me in undertaking complex assignment involving cross border M&A's, develop tax efficient corporate structures, Inbound and Outbound Taxation, IP structuring, IP migration, Valuation of IP and intangibles and setting up a models for cost allocation.
