I am an Investment Banker with 48 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services and Public Affairs. Currently, I am part of Delhi based NBFC providing Supply Chain financing, Loan against property and personal loans along with Corporate Advisory Services like Corporate Finance, M&A, Restructuring etc. Earlier, I promoted another boutique Advisory firm in the areas of Corporate Finance Advisory and Wealth Management. Its clients in corporate finance were leading Business Houses and Services offered include Fund Raising, Mergers Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, and Corporate Governance along with Asset Allocation and Portfolio Management. I have been part of the managing board of Dabur India and some of the leading Indian Startups assisting them in Corporate Governance, building controls, making investment decisions. Also have been involved to some extent with Government initiatives on Corporate Governance, have been an independent Director on the Board of Indian Trade Promotion Authority. I have also been active in putting up my views in leading business news mediums like CNBC, The Economic Times, Business Line and Financial Express.
