A Japan-based resin molding and plastics group is seeking to expand its manufacturing and commercial presence across India and Southeast Asia through strategic investments and acquisitions.
The buyer is interested in established manufacturers of Bulk Molding Compound (BMC), industrial and consumer resin containers, and molded resin products, including injection-molded, rotational-molded and FRP components.
The objective is to strengthen local production capabilities, expand customer relationships and establish a stronger regional supply-chain presence. The buyer is open to minority investments, majority acquisitions and full acquisitions, depending on the target's capabilities and strategic fit.
