Target Requirement
The buyer is seeking a control investment in a profitable, cash-generating technology services business with consistent growth over the last three years. The buyer is particularly interested in businesses operating across CX, CRM, data engineering, analytics, enterprise applications, AI, cloud and related technology services, with capabilities in Salesforce, Adobe, Data, SAP S/4HANA and Enterprise/Agentic AI.
Target Criteria:
- Target companies should have revenue of approximately USD 3–10 Million, EBITDA margins of 10% or higher, and cash-positive operations, with a higher proportion of recurring revenue preferred.
- Target businesses serving clients across North America, Europe or Japan are preferred, with sector exposure to Automotive, Telecom, BFSI, Consumer and Public sectors. Immediate transaction closure is preferred.
