Target Requirement

  • IT outsourcing: Headcount should not be less than 200 FTE (custom software development, web
    development, mobile app, application testing);
  • Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure including digital transformation, managed services, cloud native
    software development and outsourcing;
  • Key vendors resellers target revenue size should be not less than $50mn in 2 years following the year of acquisition.
    Key vendors: CISCO, HP and DELL;
  • Microsoft CSP Tier 2: CSP target revenue size not less than $20mn in 2 years following the
    acquisition;
  • Managed services target revenue: Size should be atleast than $20mn in 2 years following the acquisition.
  • Managed Services expertise includes: Security Operations Centre, Print Services, Cloud
    Infrastructure Management (SaaS, Iaas, PaaS, DRaaS), Data Analytics, IT Service Management,
    Software Asset Management, Network Operations Centre.It will be an added advantage if the company has
    customers all over the world, especially in the USA or UK.
  • Distributors of cloud products and services (similar to Resello, Pax8, rhipe).
  • Deal Size: USD 20 Million
