The Solar Plant is operational in Telangana. It’s a 10 MW RE(Grid) Solar Plant which is already commissioned & operational.
Brief History:
The Plant was commissioned in 2017 and owned & operated by a Pvt. Ltd.
Company. The company has PPA signed for 20 years with Telangana State
Electricity Board.
Present Status :
The Promoters are looking for exit to structure their financials & strengthen
their Balance Sheet. Ideally, they are looking for 100 % acquisition model.
Financials:
The Telangana Government body has signed the agreement with the promoter company at an agreed unit price of Rs 6.45 per unit.
Currently, the operational plant income is approximately 70 Lakhs per month.
The infrastructure to operationalize another 5 MW is almost ready.
Assets: The acquisition comes with a 40 acres land parcel which is owned by the company & not leased.
