The company is based in North India and is involved in Manufacturing of Special wire conductors and Solar PV Ribbon.
Given the limited management bandwidth to manage both businesses, company is looking to sell its Solar PV Ribbon vertical. The plant has production capacity of 300MT per annum with 4 PV Lines. Company has been in Solar PV Ribbon business for more than 25 years and is dealing with more than 100 customers for its Solar PV Ribbon business division and is consistently making an EBIDTA margin of more than 10%. The revenue and margins can be significantly increased by the buyer increasing production by working in multiple shifts and offering favorable terms to the customers.
Currently the PV Ribbon plant is operated in single shift of 10 hours with 120 MT/yr capacity. With 4 PV Lines, plant has a total capacity of 300MT/yr. With minor changes, capacity can be further enhanced depending on the demand. Existing Promoters will support the Buyer to establish relationship with the existing customers & Suppliers.
