We are looking for small to medium scale food businesses ideally with a manufacturing footprint. The Business Model for thebusiness should be B2B/B2B2C/B2C. We look at Post-Revenue businesses with minimum revenues of Rs. 20 crore. We are only looking for buyout opportunities.
