I am with RiverBridge since 2019. RiverBridge is a boutique investment banking company assisting small and mid size companies in their fund raise, M&A and structured debt. We also provide IPO and Business consulting. Prior to the Investment Banking Role, I was with CRISIL Limited as Senior Director and Business Head, leading their SME business. During my 15 years tenure with CRISIL, I have been a rating committee chair, in addition to heading their Mid Corporate Ratings analytical vertical. I started my career with a Public Sector Bank, where I worked in the areas of credit and credit risk for 11 years. I am a Cost Accountant with a Post Graduation degree in Commerce, in addition to having a CAIIB certification and a diploma in Systems Management, with a 30+ years of overall experience.
