100 MW running Solar Project in Tamil Nadu is available for sale.
Project is installed on self owned land of 386 Acres.
PPA is With Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TANGEDCO).
PPA is at tariff of Rs. 3.47/- Per Unit for 25 Years.
Plant was commissioned on 29/01/2020. And, PPA was signed on 27/09/2017.
Panels
Vikram Solar for 36 MW,
Yingli Solar for 40 MW, &
Renesola & Talesun for 30 MW.
Inverters are of TBEA.
Generated units :
Feb'20: 61.20 Lakh Units against installed panels for 50 MW.
March'20: 95.52 Lakh Units
April'20: 87.30 Lakh Units
May'20: 90.78 Lakh Units
June'20: 102 Lakh Units against installed panels for 82 MW.
July'20: 106.74 Lakh Units against installed panels for 86 MW.
August'20: 104.04 Lakh Units.
Current Debts:-
Loan outstanding is of Rs. 250 Cr.
50% loan is taken from IREDA @ 9.8% &
50% loan is taken from L&T @ 12.4%.
